Abstract
During puerperium period, women inbed havn¡¯t be restored to health enough, so they are liable to suffer various symptoms. Among these symptoms, Sanhusintong (ߧýãó÷Ô) means arthralgia. As a number of outpatients who visit Oriental Medicine Center after delivery increasingly complain of arthralgia, we should have more insight to treat Sanhusintong effectively. Reportedly there are necessity of differential diagnosis of diseases causing arthralgia in treating Sanhusintong. While rheumatic arthritis is a well-known autoimmune disease belonging to Sanhusintong, other auto immune disease, Systemic lupus erythmatosus(SLE) hasn¡¯t yet. Because it undergoes more complicate processes in diagnosing. Thus we report a case of 28 year-old pripara with Sanhusintong that was diagnosed as SLE.
